Maybe you are going through a big life transition that has left you feeling frazzled. Or you’ve experienced something traumatic that changed your worldview. You are not alone. Understanding yourself and how you fit into the world can be an extremely difficult process. If any of this sounds like you, I can help you gain more self-awareness and learn to manage the stress that becoming an adult can bring up.

I specialize in working with emerging and young adults using techniques drawn from psychodynamic psychotherapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, as well as my experiences with yoga and meditation to help you gain more self-awareness into who you are and how your relationships have impacted you so that you can become the person you want to be.
