About Me

Hi, I’m Danielle and I am a New York City-based psychotherapist and yoga teacher (CYT-200). I received my Master’s in Social Work from Silberman School of Social Work at Hunter College. Prior to starting my own practice I worked in schools, private nonprofit settings and mental health clinics providing psychotherapy to children, adults and families. Throughout my work, I came to realize that what I liked most was helping young adults manage the difficulties in their lives whether it be due to difficult transitions, struggling relationships, or trauma. I have extensive training in attachment theory and how it informs relationships and I completed a certificate program at the Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy Study Center.
